2. Allgemeines zur Datenverarbeitung
Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten unserer Nutzer grundsätzlich nur, soweit dies zur Bereitstellung einer funktionsfähigen Website sowie unserer Inhalte und Leistungen erforderlich ist oder eine Einwilligung vorliegt. Rechtsgrundlagen sind insbesondere Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a (Einwilligung), lit. b (Vertrag bzw. vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) und lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse).
3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website wird bei der united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Deutschland, gehostet. Der Anbieter verarbeitet in unserem Auftrag Daten, die beim Aufruf der Website anfallen. Mit dem Anbieter besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO.
Bei jedem Zugriff werden automatisch Informationen in Server-Logfiles gespeichert: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Datei, übertragene Datenmenge, Meldung über erfolgreichen Abruf, verwendeter Browser und Betriebssystem sowie die zuvor besuchte Seite (Referrer). Diese Daten dienen der sicheren, stabilen und fehlerfreien Bereitstellung der Website. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Die Logfiles werden gelöscht, sobald sie für die genannten Zwecke nicht mehr erforderlich sind, in der Regel innerhalb weniger Tage.
4. SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung
Diese Website nutzt aus Sicherheitsgründen eine TLS-Verschlüsselung. Eine verschlüsselte Verbindung erkennst du an der Adresszeile des Browsers (https) sowie am Schloss-Symbol.
5. Cookies und Tracking
Diese Website selbst setzt keine eigenen Cookies und verwendet keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste. Das eingebundene Kontaktformular (Typeform, siehe Ziffer 7) kann technisch notwendige Cookies setzen, wenn du mit dem Formular interagierst.
6. Schriftarten
Zur einheitlichen Darstellung verwendet diese Website die Schriftarten Space Grotesk, Inter und IBM Plex Mono. Diese sind lokal auf unserem Server eingebunden und werden direkt von dort geladen. Es wird keine Verbindung zu Servern Dritter (etwa Google Fonts) aufgebaut, und es werden dabei keine personenbezogenen Daten an Dritte übertragen.
7. Kontakt- und Frühzugang-Formular (Typeform)
Für die Anmeldung zum Frühzugang und für Kontaktanfragen nutzen wir den Dienst Typeform. Anbieter ist die TYPEFORM S.L., Carrer de Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spanien (mit Konzerngesellschaften, u. a. in den USA).
Verarbeitet werden die von dir im Formular eingegebenen Angaben (etwa Name und geschäftliche E-Mail-Adresse) sowie technische Verbindungsdaten. Zweck ist die Bearbeitung deiner Anfrage, die Aufnahme in die Frühzugang-Liste sowie die Kontaktaufnahme vor dem Release. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO sowie, soweit es um die Anbahnung einer Geschäftsbeziehung geht, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Mit Typeform besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO. Soweit Daten in Drittländer (etwa die USA) übermittelt werden, erfolgt dies auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Informationen zum Datenschutz bei Typeform: typeform.com/help/data-protection.
Die im Formular erhobenen Daten verbleiben bei uns, bis du um Löschung bittest, deine Einwilligung widerrufst oder der Zweck der Speicherung entfällt. Zwingende gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen bleiben unberührt.
8. Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail oder Telefon
Wenn du uns per E-Mail oder Telefon kontaktierst, werden deine Angaben zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage und für mögliche Anschlussfragen gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, sofern die Anfrage mit einem Vertrag zusammenhängt, ansonsten Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Bearbeitung der Anfrage).

2. General information on data processing
As a rule, we process personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services, or where consent has been given. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract or pre-contractual measures) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by united-domains AG, Gautinger Strasse 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. The provider processes data on our behalf that arises when the website is accessed. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
On every access, information is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, file requested, volume of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page (referrer). This data serves the secure, stable and error-free provision of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes stated above, generally within a few days.
4. SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar (https) and the lock symbol.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website itself does not set its own cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. The embedded contact form (Typeform, see section 7) may set technically necessary cookies when you interact with the form.
6. Web fonts
For a consistent appearance, this website uses the fonts Space Grotesk, Inter and IBM Plex Mono. These are hosted locally on our server and loaded directly from there. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is established, and no personal data is transmitted to third parties in the process.
7. Contact and early-access form (Typeform)
For early-access sign-ups and contact requests we use the service Typeform, provided by TYPEFORM S.L., Carrer de Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain (with group companies, including in the USA).
We process the details you enter in the form (such as name and business email address) as well as technical connection data. The purpose is to handle your request, add you to the early-access list and contact you before the release. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, insofar as the request relates to initiating a business relationship, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Typeform. Where data is transferred to third countries (such as the USA), this is done on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Information on data protection at Typeform: typeform.com/help/data-protection.
The data collected in the form remains with us until you request deletion, withdraw your consent or the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
